MCPD RULES 2025
The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) at its meeting of 6th February 2025 at Akure, Ondo State approved the “Mandatory Continuing Professional Development Rules (MCPD Rules)” pursuant to Rule 11 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners 2023.
